PHALS, through the HOIFA project under ToGETHER 2.0, supported 400 vulnerable households in Chakaria & Pekua, Cox’s Bazar with Food & NFIs (11-item package) and BDT 10,000 multipurpose cash support. The distribution held in Chakraia on 29th December 2025 and Pekua on 1st January 2026. 200 households from each Upazila received Food & NFIs while 200 households received multipurpose cash support. The program is supported by Malteser International. PHALS planned to distribute the same among 440 households in Cox’s Bazar Sadar Upazila on 5th January 2026.
